Project Manager – Magic Madness VR
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us coordinate and deliver the development of Magic Madness VR — a competitive multiplayer VR game and one of Victoria VR’s flagship projects.
Focus Areas: Game Development | Project Management | Live Operations | VR
About Victoria VR
Victoria VR is a scalable AI-powered platform that enables the mass creation of immersive virtual experiences through AI generation. On top of this platform, we develop our own virtual reality games and interactive worlds, along with the tools and systems that support them.
We build platforms used for content creation, live operations, and player-facing services, combining VR development with modern web and platform technologies.
Our team works on multiple high-impact projects, focusing on building systems from scratch — not just maintaining legacy solutions. We value clear ownership, transparency, and practical execution.
One of our flagship projects is Magic Madness VR, a multiplayer VR game available on Steam in early access, alongside a growing ecosystem of internal tools and platforms used across our projects.

As a Project Manager, you’ll act as the central coordination point for Magic Madness VR.
You’ll work closely with developers, designers, artists, and stakeholders to ensure that priorities are clear, progress is visible, and delivery stays on track.

- is comfortable coordinating multiple teams and disciplines
- can translate ideas and requirements into clear execution
- takes ownership of delivery, communication, and reporting
Tools & Workflow
- Project management tools (we use Azure DevOps internally)
- Structured documentation, timelines, and reporting
- Cross-team coordination across development, art, UX, QA, and marketing
What You’ll Work On
- Coordinating and tracking all project phases of Magic Madness VR
- Breaking down design and technical concepts into clear tasks and milestones
- Managing Epics, User Stories, and tasks in project management tools
- Facilitating communication between development teams and leadership
- Supporting sprint planning, workload estimation, and dependency management
- Preparing regular project status reports for management and stakeholders
- Helping unblock teams and keep delivery aligned with business priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project management in gaming, tech, or software development
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and production workflows
- Experience working with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability to work on-site in Prague
- Self-reliant, responsible, and proactive approach
Bonus Points / Nice to Have
- Previous experience with game or VR development
- Understanding of live service products and ongoing feature development
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams
- Producer or delivery ownership experience
What We Offer
- On-site work in Prague (Wenceslas Square)
- Freelance or full-time cooperation
- Compensation based on experience
- Work on a flagship VR title with real players and live operations
- Real ownership and impact on product delivery
- Direct communication and minimal bureaucracy
